At the first visit, you will sit down for a one-on-one consultation with one of our doctors. We are sure you’ll notice a big difference from traditional doctors, as your RFC Doc dives deep into your case history. We strive to fully listen and take the time to find the root causes of your health challenges, so that when you leave your first appointment you feel heard and have hope for your family moving forward.

The second part of your first visit is a deep dive into the function of your nervous system, using the INSiGHT Scans. This technology consists of three separate scans that will find and measure how much stress and tension may be stuck in your autonomic nervous system.

The three main things these scans look for are subluxation, dysautonomia, and vagus nerve dysfunction – which all mean a stressed out, worn down, and dysfunctional nervous system. When the nervous system is stressed out, we can’t function optimally, so this information will be the key to determining why you or your child may be struggling. We don’t usually adjust on the first visit because we need that time to thoroughly review the scans, evaluate the case, and put together a plan for how to get you well and keep you well. Our goal is to get you back as soon as possible (sometimes the same day) to get your healing journey started.
